Fertilizer demand-supply gap and avenues for policy revisits in Nepal

Nepal's farmers report fertilizer shortages yearly, especially for rice, wheat, and maize production. A reliable established approach to estimating the actual demand fertilizers different crops cropping seasons is lacking.
